I am not a natural-born writer, so why am I blogging?   Well, there comes a time in one’s professional career when one has accumulated enough useful knowledge and wisdom worthy of sharing.   Additionally, I was motivated by my Spiritual Gift Inventory result (a Christian “SAT”) which revealed that I have the Gift of Teaching and Criticism.  Okay… there is no such thing as Gift of Criticism, but I sure enjoy giving them.   So there you have it!
